On behalf of mobile phone company Vodafone, Patrick Farfan Associates is looking to locate a new mobile phone base station at the ABC Cinema. This website has been created to provide information on Vodafone's proposal and to seek comments before a planning application is submitted in January 2007.

presentation (1mb) With the removal of the current installation situated on the top of Concourse House there will be a significant coverage hole left in the Vodafone network within Liverpool City Centre. Concourse house is a prominent building within the City Centre and the coverage provided from the building reaches North, South, East & West of the building. Following investigation of alternative sites it soon became apparent that due to the topography of the land, dense nature - height of buildings and general clutter within the area, we would require two new sites to provide the same level of coverage Concourse house is currently providing.
